Prove is on the cusp of an exciting new chapter, building on its strong foundation as the trusted digital identity network that enables billions of human interactions to occur seamlessly and securely online. As we accelerate into the next phase of growth, fueled by innovations that empower the world's most valuable brands to protect and grow their businesses, we're thrilled to announce a significant addition to our leadership team: Ashley Kiolbasa, our new Chief Marketing Officer.

Ashley brings deep fintech marketing leadership to Prove, having guided venture-backed companies through periods of rapid expansion and sustained success. She has extensive experience building and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments, consistently helping category leaders differentiate themselves and accelerate their growth. As Chief Marketing Officer, she will oversee a global marketing strategy that includes brand, demand generation, product marketing, and communications.

"This is such an exciting moment for Prove, and bringing Ashley on board as our new CMO is a huge win for our company,” said Rodger Desai, Founder and CEO of Prove. “As we grow the identity network for the digital world, especially now with AI shaping that landscape, Ashley will craft the important story that helps all our stakeholders understand Prove's essential enabling role. She has deep experience at the intersection of identity, security and commerce, and her knack for quickly building brand momentum is truly impressive. I'm genuinely thrilled to have her as a key member of our leadership team; her knowledge and skills will be invaluable as we continue to grow and solidify the Prove brand."

Prior to Prove, Ashley held marketing leadership roles at Skipify, an innovative commerce identity provider, and Signifyd, a leading e-commerce fraud prevention provider, where she shaped go-to-market strategies, drove customer adoption, and amplified product and corporate brands. In these roles, Ashley has demonstrated a remarkable talent for scaling organizations and marketing teams, especially within fast-paced, high-growth environments.

"I’m incredibly energized to join Prove at this defining moment," Ashley said. "The need for a trusted digital identity network is more critical than ever, especially as AI reshapes the online world, and Prove is uniquely positioned to lead. I'm eager to connect with our customers and partners, amplify the Prove brand story, and build the global marketing engine that helps us scale and deliver unparalleled value."

With Ashley on board, Prove is poised to enhance how we connect with and serve our global stakeholders. Her leadership will be key in defining how Prove empowers businesses to confidently navigate the complexities of the modern digital landscape, leveraging seamless and secure digital identity to unlock their full growth potential.
