Prove Appoints Linda Mantia to Board of Directors

We’re excited to announce the appointment of Linda Mantia to our Board of Directors. Linda, who serves on multiple boards across North America, brings nearly three decades of executive leadership and corporate advising to Prove’s board.
We are delighted to welcome Linda to our Board. To continue our growth, foster fresh ideas and strive for the best customer experience, the guidance of our Board of Directors is paramount. Linda’s proven experience in leading companies, and her deep knowledge of the financial industry, positions her as a critical strategic advisor during this time of growth for the company.
In Linda’s most recent role, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Manulife Financial Corporation, an international insurance and financial services company, where she oversaw its key corporate functions including technology, analytics, innovation and corporate strategy. Mantia has also held leadership positions, including Executive Vice President of Online Banking, Cards and Payments, at Royal Bank of Canada where she led Canada’s award winning credit cards and mobile banking solutions.
With the rise of AI, companies are realizing that identity verification is crucial in order to protect customers and retain loyalty. I’m looking forward to having Linda on board to continue a strong upward path.
Manita began her career practicing law at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg and then as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. Today, she serves on the board of directors of various companies including Dayforce, Maple Leaf Foods, and McKesson. Mantia holds a law degree from Queen’s University, and has been recognized twice as one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women. In the community, Linda serves on the boards of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Queen’s University.
