NEW YORK, April 16, 2024 - Prove Identity, Inc. ("Prove"), the global leader in digital identity, today announced that its digital customer experience, identity verification, and identity authentication solutions are now available in AWS Marketplace, a digital catalog with thousands of software listings from independent software vendors that make it easy to find, test, buy, and deploy software that runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

With Prove’s availability in AWS Marketplace, customers can now seamlessly access Prove’s commerce enablement, identity verification, and identity authentication solutions, which have been shown to deliver up to 79% faster onboarding, a 35% reduction in abandonment, and a 75% reduction in fraud (relative to attack rate). Prove is also a member of the AWS Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Accelerate Program, allowing them to streamline the delivery, billing, and procurement of their identity solutions.

According to a recent poll, U.S. consumers are fed up with identity verification and authentication processes. 60% of consumers surveyed said they would abandon opening a new online account if identity verification takes more than 40 seconds and 62% said they would stop trying to log into an account after just three failed password attempts. By working with AWS, Prove is offering companies the opportunity to take back some of this lost revenue while also mitigating identity fraud.

"We are thrilled to be working with AWS to enable more commerce by allowing more companies and customers to interact easily and with trust online,” said Rodger Desai, Chief Executive Office of Prove. "Prove’s availability in AWS Marketplace represents a powerful convergence of technology and expertise that will empower businesses with secure, frictionless, and seamless customer interactions."

"Using Prove Pre-Fill® hosted on AWS, Bilt was able to make our customer onboarding experience faster, easier, and more secure, and increase our pass rate to 90+%," said Brandt Smallwood, Chief Strategy Officer, Bilt Rewards.

Prove’s technology is unique in that it uses something nearly every adult already has - a mobile phone - to easily and securely verify identities in channels such as mobile, desktop, and even in-store. Prove’s customers include 9 of the top 10 U.S. banks, 2 of the top 3 global cryptocurrency exchanges, 3 of the top 5 U.S. retailers, 2 of the top 3 U.S. healthcare companies, and 6 of the top 10 insurance companies in the U.S. This latest development in Prove’s relationship with AWS comes on the heels of other successful collaborations with companies such as Visa, FanDuel, and Experian.

In AWS Marketplace, customers will now be able to access the following Prove solutions:

  • Prove Pre-Fill® easily and securely expedites the digital onboarding process by pre-populating forms with verified identity information tied to authenticated identities. For companies, the Prove Pre-Fill® solution increases consumer acquisition, improves user experience, lowers costs, and mitigates fraud and the need for manual intervention/reviews.
  • Prove Identity® is the modern way to verify consumer identities using just their phone, resulting in easy onboarding, reduced friction, minimized fraud and streamlined Know Your Consumer ("KYC") validations. The Prove Identity® solution confirms active phone possession combined with other consumer-provided information, such as name, address, phone number and email, to authenticate consumer identities without delayed fulfillment and/or the need for manual intervention.
  • Prove Auth® is a unified solution for consumer authentication that reduces reliance on vulnerable passwords and OTPs, leading to improved consumer experiences, reduced costs and increased security. Prove utilizes strong binding methods to enable the Prove Auth® solution to authenticate across any channel via push notification, cryptographic keys and/or biometrics.
  • Prove Identity Manager offers a persistent way to link consumer identity attributes, such as phone numbers and devices, across lifecycle change events. The Prove Identity Manager solution offers a secure way for companies to augment consumer information through a trusted registry of real-time unique identifiers, helping them improve consumer servicing and contactability for an optimal consumer experience.
