Prove’s improve Connect event brought together 100+ fraud, identity, risk, AI, and CX leaders for a day of insights, networking, and unforgettable experiences.
Attendees heard from experts on the most pressing topics facing the industry today, including accelerating digital trust, the role of identity verification in trust & safety, the need for hyper-personalization, and the implications of generative AI. Hosted in San Francisco at the InterContinental Hotel, it was a collaborative affair where professionals connected with peers to compare notes.
We wrapped the day with a reception at the iconic Top of the Mark, with breathtaking views of the city and the bay, and a front-row seat to the Blue Angels Air Show rehearsals ahead of their Fleet Week performances.
